Description

We designed this flint striker to be a fire making “multi tool.” The Fire Card is roughly the same size as a credit card/ drivers license, so it will feel familiar in your hand. It is made from the same 1095 steel as our blades and heat treated in the same manner to spark when struck with a piece of flint. It also has a ninety degree edge for scraping a ferro rod or to process fat wood. A “dimple” is in the center of the backside so the Fire Card can be used as a bearing block when making fire with the bow drill method.   Usually ships in 4 – 6 weeks
